The procedure for promotion is pretty straightforward.
We just have to approach them and follow up until they post about it.
What we need:
To get you started, I'll share with you a simple CRM and tracker on Notion that I use for my own outreach.
Open the link below and duplicate it into your own Notion account:

You will find a list of LTD groups with the following information:
Navigate to the "Board" view to toggle the Kanban board.

Here you can drag and drop your potential customer through the various stages of contact.

I use the following strategy:
Each follow up is done 2-3 days apart.
Simply copy the table for each community or YouTube channel you want to target and add the information you found.
As with creating a cold email, the entire message should be short, concise, interesting, and valuable to the reader.
My template:
Hi < Recipient's name >,
< Introduce yourself > + < what you can do for him >
< Briefly introduce the product >
< What's the catch > + < Your offer >
< Deadline + CTA >
< Sign off >
Example:
Hi Tom, my name is Ken from Zapier. I'd like to offer you and your audience my product for free to raise awareness.
Zapier is a product that allows end users to integrate the web applications they use and automate workflows. To date, it has been connected to more than 4,000 apps.
We launched a Lifetime Deal (LTD) last week and would love to share it with your audience.
I was thinking of running a giveaway where 10 of your members have a chance to win an LTD - which means they can use one of our monthly payment plans forever without paying.
I'd love to hear what they think of the app!
Could you let me know by January 10 if you are interested to partner?
Thank you
Ken

Follow up #2 Template
Hello Tom,
have you thought about my suggestion to give away 10 free lifetime accounts to your members?
We shared it on digital marketer academy last week and had over 300 comments!!!
Your group looks very engaged and I would love to interact with them.
Let me know :)

Goodbye template.
Hello Tom,
It seems that you are not interested in the 10 free LTDs and l would to find another community to partner up with :(
If you change your mind, please do let me know by Friday. I still love to have u onboard!
Take care
Ken
The best bait is to offer the LTD of your product as a prize.
Communities that are not familiar with LTDs will find this offer mind blowing.
At the same time, you do not have to worry about the upfront cost.
It's common to pay thousands for an influencer to promote your product, but in this case you can simply provide your LTD for free.
You should also offer a free LTD account to the group admin or even the moderators.
Lastly, most giveaway winners do not use their LTDs.
So you do not have to worry too much about the cost either.
If 30% of LTD buyers use their LTDs, about 1-5% of giveaway winners use them.
