I suggest promoting these upsells in the following places.
- Pinned comment on listing page AS
- Email automation to buyers
- Billing page for Appsumo buyers.
- Private FB Group.
To save time, you might want to pin it on the deal page for 1-2 weeks to see if Appsumo says anything before promoting it elsewhere.
The Appsumo deal page only lets you have maximum up to 10 Tiers.
After the deal is done, you can set up your own LTD pricing page and add even more tiers.

You will likely have many Appsumo free trial users who have not gone through with their LTD purchase.
Take this opportunity to email them and let them know about your private LTD offer.
Depending on your goals and timeline, you can either set a deadline and end the LTD for good or gradually increase the price of your LTD with each feature update.
This way you increase the value of the LTD while creating scarcity with each product update.
